This was my first time going to Just Friends Hair Salon. Kim was my stylist. I actually found her using ChatGPT. I searched best stylist who does not charge an arm and a leg and Kim popped up. She had many wonderful reviews and I have to say I agree. She listened to me about my traumatic bad haircut journey (there were multiple) and gave me such a wonderful cut. I will definitely be going back!
On August 7th, I called asking for an appointment with a specific person, and the more I've thought of it, I think the person who answered the phone hijacked the appointment by saying the person I wanted to book with was not available, but she (the one on the phone) had an opening that afternoon. I scheduled the appointment with KIM. She later contacted me and pushed back the appointment by 45 minutes. No biggie. Driving to the appointment, she texts to push it back again. I happily drive from San Antonio because Kim is just that good! I have fine hair, and she always gives me the perfect cut, color, and highlights. She really listens to what I want, and I leave every appointment feeling confident and loving my hair. Just Friends Hair Salon has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s comfortable, friendly, and never feels intimidating. Great service, beautiful results, and always worth the drive. I highly recommend Kim!
We had such a wonderful experience at Just Friends Hair Salon! They did an amazing job cutting the hair of my two boys and two girls, and every single haircut turned out fantastic.
