They must not need the business – My wife and I will be in the Austin area the week prior to Christmas...we were referred to Four Paws to board our two dogs. I called during business hours on Sunday and left a voice message...not receiving a return phone call by Tuesday, I sent an email...that was not responded to...I figured I'd try sending a fax...sent the fax...no response...today is Wednesday. Like I said...they must not need the business.
I totally disagree – I 100% disagree with with Sammy. I had a GREAT experience at the kennel. I found Jessica and Marc to be very helpful. I thought that it was a great place for our dogs to go and I can't imagine anyone not being happy with Just 4 Paws. I think this other lady is crazy and needs to get a life. One of the 2 owners is never there, so there is no way that she met both of them. I have been taking my dogs there since they opened almost 5 years ago and I would reccomend them to anyone. Horrible, horrible place. – Completely disgusted and perturbed with this facility. The owners were aloof and cold and their customer service was horrid. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Walked through to see kennels and the smell was almost unbearable.
