Had a really nice massage and facial here. I really like that at the end, you get some snacks and time to chill. It’s a nice touch :) ! Great location in downtown by the bike paths
I love the relaxing atmosphere and the facial was great! Love that it included a back massage.
The staff themselves were wonderful. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The building’s air conditioning had been broken for several days, and while that failure wasn’t the spa’s responsibility, the lack of communication to clients was. With temperatures over 28°C, a simple call or message to give us the choice to reschedule would have shown real client care. July 2, 2025. Two fans were the only solution available. I want to love this place because the atmosphere and design is on point, and customer service is solid, butttt the service prices do not match the quality for nail services in my experience - very green nail techs, gel polish peeling/chipping within a week, amateur nail shaping, and taking 4hrs+ to do a mani/pedi. I think the gel nail polish must be low quality, the shades are very opaque. I’ve also noticed that I never see the same staff members, could mean high turnover…the prices for continued lack of quality nail service... read more
