After weeks of waiting on 2 hoodies I spent $120 for they come and they are HUGE! Not true to size. Reached out to see if I could exchange and received a No. we dont offer exchanges or refunds. Hate companies that are unwilling to work with customers to make them happy. Safe to say I will not be a returning customer.

It has been almost one month since I placed my order and have not received notification of shipping date. Emailed and very unprofessional response. Wanted to know the status of my order and was told " it's still the same you will receive email when it ships". Wow just wow. Have been calling and no one answers.

Mike Brierly is a terrible communicator and Edge Sports has poor customer service. Other reviews have mentioned this as well. Edge Sports does not stand behind the quality of their products and will insist there is nothing wrong with your delivered order without even seeing it to review! Even when they see photos of misspelled words they did nothing for another customer! I also have a suspicion that they buy "defective/outlet" quality goods and sell them as 1st quality. Beware if you order your money is gone.
