I would say if you want a truly professional installation this is probably not the place to go. They installed a head unit and my dash insert got cracked, I didn’t notice it till later and they tried to glue it on the back. The reverse camera didn’t work when they gave me the truck back. I set in their drive way for several hours when they called someone about “ defective equipment “ and it turned out they had a wire wrong. This is a shop for people looking to save money I wouldn’t take nice stuff there

Excellent Customer Service 😎 and Outstanding knowledge 🤔 of car audio systems!!! I was very hesitant to try this little all in one system. I’ve always had top of the line audio $$$$ However just wanted my Fusion’s, Sony factory system to have some feeling and resonating bass! The owner assured me this little all in one amp and 12 would not disappoint! Wow is all I can say!! Amazing Sound with the Boom of a big system!! Very, Very Satisfied!! Thank You!!!

We took our truck in to get a breathalyzer installed. Gentleman was very nice when we dropped the truck off, Stated It would take several, hours which wasn't communicated by the company that set up the installation, but was no big deal, had the day off so paid for an Uber home. Waited 5 hours and called, they said we could head back up in 30 min. We paid for an Uber to get back up there. Ric (the owner) and his son are very helpful, and helped inform me on many different systems and many different prices, I asked questions and they knew all the answers, and didn’t pressure me into buying anything, I wanted subwoofers and they installed them professionally for me, and when they got done it sounded wonderful and the final price was cheaper than what they quoted me at, I will be coming here for anything audio related from now on and no where else. They got me in and out quickly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My installer Ricky did an excellent job. Pricing was right on point. I'm going back to have a back- up camera and remote engine start installed. The ONLY place in Jeff City to get your car accessories installed.
