Horrible Customer Service! – I took quite a few pairs of pants to this tailor because I was told she would do a good job at a decent price (presumably by a friend of hers). First off, it is incredibly expensive--$10 for a basic pant hem. On top of that, the customer service was TERRIBLE. I asked her to hem a pair of jeans a certain way (keeping the original hem--something I have had done on numerous occasions at other tailors).
