They are wonderful to work with. I called with a question, so helpful and polite. I placed my order before 3 and they shipped out the same day just as they said. THEN they called and asked if I was sure about a size I had ordered and offered to change it for me. HOW NICE!!! Can't wait to get the shipment and do business again. Thank you so much!
Just had wonderful customer service - my Ovation girth order was out of stock, so Warren replaced it with a ProTrainer girth that was a bit more expensive but did not charge me for the difference - that's true service and now I will use Just for Ponies as my first shopping stop!
Excellent company to work with, I have a small Arabian who doesn't fit horse size tack and the ONLY place I can find girths and reins for her is through Just for Ponies.
