My wife brought my dog in (Charlie). Unfortunately I waited longer then i should have. Going to the dog park, he gets muddy. And gets a bath at home. So i understand my golden can be a challenge. I've gone to pets plus. And pet smart. And did not have a great experience. The gentleman i talked was great. And m y wife had no complaints. And his tail was not cut down lol. Will be going back.
Would give a no star if possible. Never take a dog there. Cheaper to just buy you own clippers and make your dog look awful.
John has been cutting both of my dogs since they were born. He's the best!
