I have been training with Lydia throughout my pregnancy, and she is absolutely amazing! She customises the sessions based on the trimester I am in, making sure the exercises are safe and effective for my changing body. I have been seeing Lydia since early in my second pregnancy, she has been amazing with helping my body to adjust and strengthen throughout this pregnancy. She is such a lovely person and I cannot wait to continue this hornet with her for the rest of this pregnancy and work with her postpartum too!

I have been doing online training with Lydia for the past two months and highly recommend her as a trainer. Lydia listened to what I was after and provided me with a thorough program where I’ve seen improvement in my running strength and a reduction in lower back pain despite actually spending less time at the gym than I was before. I’m excited to go to the gym again and love seeing the progress I’m making.

I found Lydia and started working out with her at 25 weeks pregnant, and I’m SO glad I did! She is an amazing trainer- patient, supportive, informative and so very kind. She helped me to feel confident going into birth, and now that I am post partum is helping me to build back my confidence and strength.
