Always excellent! – I've visited twice, have had haircuts, hilites, and brow sculpting. I've had different people each time, as I don't specify any one in particular, and both times have been pampered-would I like a beverage, would I like a magazine, is the water temp good, etc. My hair cuts were both terrific, and I have the best hair color ever, and I have been to many costly Twin Cities salons. Loud Staff – Very opinionated desk person. Very disruptive desk girl last year. Asked her about massages for a friend that was undergoing chemo. She started talking about her experiences and how they wouldn't want that and her friend didn't want to be touched when she was going through that. I didn't care about her friend. I wanted assistance on nice package. She was completely unprofessional.
