Have you ever noticed that the staff spends most of their time socializing with each other instead of taking care of patients? And a nurse just walked in to my daughter's room, while 3 ppl have their hands in my daughter's mouth, to say they're ready for the doc in the exam room. REALLY?!?! Let him finish with his patient 1st. And why is everyone and their brother walking in and out of rooms while they are working on patients? Not a long wait very friendly staff and excellent dentist will stay here until my son is to old for this place . Also they have a bunch of free arcade games foe the kids
Terrible system they have, they make you wait 3 hours for 1 fill and act very stuck up.
I am an adult with severe dentist phobia from multiple botched surgeries. This is the first time I was able to get a cleaning without sedation. These people are great.
The staff are always nice, helpful, and they explain everything step by step as they walk you through the process of your child's dental care. They also have arcade style games for children and parents to play if you have to wait for any reason.
