On time, explained everything so I could easily understand. Most of all was not trying to push services one bit. Great experience!
Osvaldo did an excellent job! He was very professional and courteous and explained everything that he did. Just Fix It HVAC goes above and beyond for the customer than any company that I have ever dealt with before. Great job team!
Osvaldo came out and did a great job with my heater checks. All 3 checked out. He tuned them up and gave me a few potential suggestions but no urgency and no pressure.

Update: I received a call from John (Manager). After discussing my experience and answering some of his questions, John refunded my entire bill. He assured me that Osvaldo (technician I dealt with) will undergo additional training, or otherwise be spoken with, to ensure that moving forward all pricing of assessments and possible repair(s) will be given to customers up front.
