I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value transparency and fair communication. My A/C stopped working at 8pm, and I called because they advertise 24/7 emergency A/C repair. After spending about 10 minutes providing my information and scheduling service, I was only then told about the $89 trip charge. This should have been disclosed at the beginning of the call.
