The technician was nice and explained everything. Just don’t like that he replaced a part that was working but then not working after he came out. He never told me the cost before he did the work. All I needed was a/c serviced and the drain cleaned out, but with the additional part replaced, my total bill was over $1,200.
We had a great experience with Christian. He came out, performed a full HVAC diagnostic, inspected the system thoroughly, and took the time to walk us through what he found. He also explained our options clearly and answered our questions without making the process feel rushed. We are still weighing our options and working through some insurance-related details, so I am not sure yet whether we will be able to use them for this specific job.
