The equipment and facility is good, and most previous management issues have leveled out. Good folks and good service though out now. Good turnaround.

Just signed up for a new membership on March 25 at the Hurst location. They collected my application fee and charged me two months of dues. Just over $100. 3 days later, the place is closed. Vacant! No notification or heads up. Be wary. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to my emails. Charge has been disputed with my credit card company. They transferred my membership to another place that also has awful ratings and rip-off artists when it comes to cancelling your membership.

So far I like the gym, but I don't like the fact that they pulled a bait-and-switch! I signed-up to get personal training from a specific person, who I interviewed to hire. I was specific about my needs, goals, and desires. I was satisfied with the person that I had seemingly hired. I came back to the gym to find out that he had foisted me off on another trainer, who had limited availability. Apparently there is no privacy policy because one of their trainers gave out my personal information to someone I have a restraining order against knowing that that was the case. I would avoid this place clearly the safety of their guests is not important at all and if my information was given out to someone imagine who else they give out information to.
