Being new and a bit hesitant about joining a gym, I am very impressed by the service and staff at this location. The staff as well as my trainer were able to provide a great program for me to feel confident and not as self-conscious as I would feel at other gyms. I highly recommend this gym for beginners as well for anyone looking for a smaller gym with a great community feel. I am feeling so much better physically and mentally since joining.
I joined 2 months ago and I've been welcomed there from day one. Smaller venue is much less intimidating. I like the flexibility of the classes as well as the variety of ages and fitness levels of the participants.
I've tried to get back to a gym for years (let's be honest)decades, but it never felt right. Until I joined Just Fit. The gym and classes are wonderful. It's a welcoming team and the instructors are amazing. My coach set me up on a program that was achievable and tailored to my goals. I never felt intimidated or pushed.
