The worst customer service! I have solar panels and this company was not helpful setting up the documents needed. I ended up paying regular electricity bills for over a year despite having solar panels. Complete scam.
I worked for this Company out of this office, there’s numerous reasons why they are no longer doing business there.
I have never subscribed to any of the services of Just Energy. A few months ago they began demanding to pay an overdue gas bill. I have no idea what is Just Energy, never agreed to any gas purchases from these scammers. My utility company is People Gas, and my real utility account is always paid on time, without any delays. Just Energy is a scam.
