ITS A SCAM. I called to disconnect because they have doubled my bill and they did not cancel my service. Still trying to take money from me. If they do not fix it today I will be searching for legal representation. You are a horrible company and you are not good people.
Scam they ripped me off for $28,000 dollars
I also never get gift card and they charged bill the same as the last month. But I used less than the last month this month. I called they never fix because I am not longer with just energy. Be careful guy if you cancel this supplier. Fraud company.
I have tried to cancel the service three times they say I'm canceled and I'm still receiving their bills. Twice they were supposed to send me a gift card neither one of them worked and then they said it was my job to contact Visa Visa said the cards came through just energy not them.
