Nobody should use this company for gas supply. I was told my bill would not change it just protects against inflation of gas charges. My bill has been nothing but higher since signing up. And after canceling they said I could still be charged at their rates for up to two months. What a joke. I should get a full refund as rates are 2-3x higher than just using nipsco provider. Would give zero stars if possible.
So after getting hoodwinked at Sam’s Club, I kept thinking about it .I decided to looked just energy up they are not even BBB accredited then I looked at the reviews . so yesterday after all the bad reviews I seen I canceled my account with just energy, even Though the representative tried very hard to keep me even saying that he would give me a $50 gift card, which I told him they tried that trick with me at Sam’s Club, and I didn’t really buy that . ITS A SCAM. I called to disconnect because they have doubled my bill and they did not cancel my service. Still trying to take money from me. If they do not fix it today I will be searching for legal representation. You are a horrible company and you are not good people.
