I would not recommend this company to anybody, flat rate was supposed to be $65 a month And for January received 290.00 bill how is that possible? Trying to cancel is a joke. Im reporting to the public utilities commission

I'd rate this company lower if I could. I have no idea how they're still in business. Upcharges you for their "services" and tells you they're saving you money. They knock on your door three times a week and sign you up in minutes yet it takes about an hour to cancel service. I also just received a debt collection letter on their behalf for $30 that was supposedly overdue in 2017 which is before I was even tricked into their service.

Got my letter to renew and wanted to check rates. Called the number in the letter and the person who answered said they were in Georgia and could not handle me. Said she would transfer me. Transferred me to somebody in Texas and they said they would have to transfer me. They transferred me to somebody in CA. They transferred me to somebody finally in Ohio. They said they could not answer my question and gave me another number to call. I called it. It was in Georgia. She offered to transfer me and I hung up. I will not renew ... read more

They give you a cheaper rate for a short time and then jack the rate up. I paid $30 more this month than my gas company rate. They had a $50 rewards after reaching a certain level and then they cancelled the program before I earned enough points. After pressing, they agreed to send me a $50 amount to my email. I then cancelled my service. I find all of these type of companies do the same thing. I think that is the only way they can make money. It is a CHOICE to pay more money in the long run.

Can I give a zero star after being a customer for nearly 2 years. Still not sure how I did it. Can never get someone on the phone in my region, call always connects to Texas region who can't locate my account. Always 2 charges on my bill, and can't talk to someone who can explain it. Wow! Now, I need to cancel my account, and still can't speak to someone. Is this company even legit? I feel betrayed.
