Worst experience ever i had prepaid account and kept withdrawing money every 2-3 days
Was told they would pay entire early termination penalty for switching to just energy...my fee was 350.00 they refused to pay entire fee..only 150.00 of it
DO NOT USE!!!! I wish I could give zero stars. I initiated services on the 15th for services to start on the 19th that followed with an email, "once your enrollment has been processed, look out for another email from us with your Customer account number." As of the 18th I never received that email and could not get anyone on the phone. With the freezing cold weather I made arrangements with the previous owners to leave the power on till the 22nd and signed up with another provider. Absolute joke of a company. I was informed on Feb 10 that my services were being switched away. Me not knowing why I called customer support and explained the message I got and that I did not authorize any chances on my account. They told me that they would look into it and not to worry. Few hours later I received the same message and called them back to be told the same thing. On March 3 my power was turned off.
