On time and honest
Elliott was great through the whole transaction. Always on time, kept my stress levels down, and completed the work in a timely manner. He also was flexible with my schedule around the Easter holiday, which I appreciated. I recommend him for a seamless basement waterproofing experience.
Elliot is as professional a contractor as I’ve ever met. He came out to my place, had a look at each of the three concerns I had, and assured me that I had nothing to worry about in the basement but that I ought to consult a structural engineer and an exteriors specialist for the other two concerns. He intentionally advised himself out of a job and in doing so put my best interests ahead of his own. Put your trust in Elliot and Just Dry Basements and you can’t go wrong!
