Waiting the whole day and drove an hour to collect a part which I told was in the store, but they were mistaken and I ended up wasting a whole day sadly. Poor communication

Rang up and spoke with Tony from Just Dirt Bikes - I was chasing a part for a bike I am restoring. A couple of things worth noting.....first up - Tony seemed to know what he was talking about, which is not always the case when you ring people. Secondly, Tony said he would have to check out a few things and get back to me. Yeah sure you will.....but true to his word......Tony did exactly what he said he would do, and when he said he would do it.
