I am a regular customer of Just Dirt Bikes, but after the experience of changing the oil yesterday, I will say goodbye to this shop. I don't know if the previous mechanic tightened the oil screw too much or if this mechanic didn't tighten it properly and the hex screw came off. I had to chisel and knock to get the screw out first, which made me upset and I don't know if it will affect the engine block in the future. I was chasing a transmission for my klx450. I sent Tony an email and shortly later he had responded with everything I needed to know. Tony was very helpful and had my parts shipped the very next day. Couldn't be happier. Thankyou for the great service
We are dirt bike enthusiasts, we know JustDirtBikes through the internet, because I wanted to try to know another place to repair and customize motorbikes, I brought my bike to them for maintenance, but I was really dissatisfied, their skills were poor, after servicing the engine block, my engine leaked oil, they did fix it for me, but I didn't want to waste time going for warranty like that,4 times, not a very satisfying experience
