The service quality is too bad from the security, vehicle reception and repair stages: not happy when providing service, taking a long time, unscientific process. I will never come back.

The bloke’s a complete mess and a liar. His workmanship’s shocking, his ethics are weak, and he’s got no heart for the job. He came in with the pot and the injector, did the work, and after he finished, the car started cutting out for three seconds with the engine jerking hard. Took it back for a fix, and then he goes and pulls off the boot — screws it where it doesn’t belong and tries to hide it from me. Acts like it’s nothing. I swear I’ll never go back there again.
After installing the LCM fork, it reported an abs error. I tried to adjust it but couldn't, so I used a screwdriver to pry open the disc ring to read the abs. Damn it, they tortured the pan for 2 weeks. All those guys who learned by rote to become mechanics. After installing the fork, the screws were so loose, had to tighten them by hand.
I just visited the shop to change the oil to Motul 300V. The blond-haired staff worked extremely SLOWLY, changed the oil carelessly, didn’t bother to drain all the old oil, and just poured the new oil in hastily to get it done. After screwing on the oil cap, they handed over the bike without removing the invoice tag from the handlebar or performing the usual procedures like cleaning the windshield and checking tire pressure.
