Does not honour what their website says: “if you’re not satisfied with the dentures then we can remake or partly refund you” Just down right rude to their customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Shocking. Absolutely terrible, customer service is disgusting, rude.. wish google would let me put a negative 5.
Just had partial dentures made up and everything has been straight forward. Good to deal with and everything is explained about them. Told to get in contact in a few days if they need any more fine tuning. Would recommend to anyone looking to get them done.
Went in for a temp repair on an old plate while we get a whole top plate made. Happy to give a high price on a new plate but, would not have anything to do with temp repairs. Eventually agreed to repair two teeth in the plate for over $600. We felt bullied and we were about to get ripped off. The guy had my wife in tears and didn't care. I feel these people are just after big money. Very expensive and no compassion whatsoever. I would stear clear.
