I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company. My hot water heater was only two years old when one of the heating elements failed, causing a major leak, so much that it was visible from outside my home. Thankfully, it was still under warranty. When I called, I spoke with Ms. Brandy, who was incredibly thoughtful and calming during my frantic state.
