Terrible cut. Worst hair cut ever. One side is longer than the other. Woman would not listen to what I wanted, rubbished my choice. Didn’t think going back would help so going to my own usual hair salon in Northland.
Got the exact cut I wanted, the service was amazing and my stylist was super friendly and constantly checked I was happy with what she was doing. The only thing was that after wetting me hair and finishing the cut, they didn't dry my hair for me to see the full finished cut and I had to walk around town with wet hair.
Our first visit to pukekohe just cuts today. Hairdresser -Sheetal, so calm and professional. Excellent service today.
I wish I could give a better review but honestly … I’m having to book in elsewhere for it to be fixed. I came in with reference photos and came out not knowing just how bad my hair was until I washed and styled it at home later that evening. I can’t wear it down (now getting headaches from wearing it up) because of how bad it is and also can’t curl or straighten it to attempt to blend it :( the woman was so lovely but needs some training.
