Took my daughter to get a trim and style today to something that was still able to be tied up. The stylist decided to tell us what we can't do and not explain why and then continue to cut a style she thought was appropriate regardless of the picture we provided as a guide. It seemed like it was just too much work for her to actually do what was asked. The hairdresser was very polite and did a great job with layering my hair. I was made to feel very welcome. I am very happy and will continue to use Just Cuts. Thank you

Asked for my hair to be cut short and the lady showed me where I’d like it cut which was the middle of my neck, said it was okay she then cut right below where me ear is , a whole chunk different in the height , asked for layers or some form of shape aswell , she didn’t do that either cause it was too short , which I’m now stuck with a shapeless hideous bob cut

Had my hair fixed at LakeHaven after another location gave me a horrible haircut the day before. Rebecca gave me a great haircut with what I had left and made me feel so much better and to my surprise I wasn't charged anything and was given a gift. I'll never try another location again

Wasn’t going to complain but after getting a haircut somewhere else on next haircut to also try and fix what a lady at just cuts did to my hair. When she was finished trimming my layers I asked if top layer could be shorter so she just grabs it up in one piece and just cuts it straight across with no blending so I had like a chunk of a top layer which then did not blend to the rest. Therefore I was left to wear it up for the last 3 months.
