Looks like a child cut my hair x
Waiting 10 mins at counter without even a nod of acknowledgement, one staff member was working on a cut. No other customers. Would have been nice to be told to have a seat or won't be long, but deaf silence. Always see Victor here he is great, however looking at the previous reviews now, I think I dodged a bullet walking away. Dec 1st 1.30pm.
Terrible experience. I want to just cute yesterday to get a shampoo and a trim- nothing fancy. Whilst I was waiting for my turn the senior hairstylist was chastising what was clearly a new or very junior employee about being too slow in front on clients which already sets you up to feel uncomfortable and that you may potentially get a rushed job. genuinely going to end it all, it reminded me of being a child and getting the worst haircut imaginable and crying on the way home. -bangs were cut unevenly -nicked my eyelid when trimming my bangs -i asked for layers, she chopped the bottom off and called it a day. so my ‘layers’ ended up being the leftover split ends -blow dried my hair WITHOUT any heat protectant ????? went here for an emergency trim and left with tears in my eyes holy shit i cannot believe what just happened to me should’ve probably asked for her to do i... read more
I had an amazing experience with Victor! He’s incredibly skilled and pays great attention to detail. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure I left completely satisfied.
