Great hair cuts, great price
So sick of the excuses you guys give when myself as a customer gets 'missed'...now 3 times in a row. I would give 0 stars if I could......not only do I get missed with a barrage of excuses....we text you, you weren't sitting here, our system must be down bla bla bla....i always sit directly outside the door..maybe try calling your customer if you think all these excuses are valid of passing onto next. You make customers feel stupid! Will NEVER be back
I raced from work and arrived to just cuts 45mins before closing there were 3 hairdressers on I was greeting but one of them upon entry and she was very welcoming but there was also another hairdresser slouching on the register and without hesitation she spoke out in a rudely tone and quoted “nope we ain’t taking in anymore customers we are closing” I turned away being confused cause the website said they closed at 530pm. I walked out very unpleased with her attitude! Would never comeback, if that’s how she treats her custom... read more
Worst haircut Ive ever received, and to make the whole experience worst, after admitting that they cut my hair to short leaving me with a bald path on my head... They have the audacity to say the won't refund me the money but instead will give me a gift voucher for another hair cut.... After i paid $80 no impressed my advice is to avoid going to just cuts Loganholme, poor customer service wouldn't even give it a 1 star ... 0 would even be to many
