I raced from work and arrived to just cuts 45mins before closing there were 3 hairdressers on I was greeting but one of them upon entry and she was very welcoming but there was also another hairdresser slouching on the register and without hesitation she spoke out in a rudely tone and quoted “nope we ain’t taking in anymore customers we are closing” I turned away being confused cause the website said they closed at 530pm. Worst haircut Ive ever received, and to make the whole experience worst, after admitting that they cut my hair to short leaving me with a bald path on my head... They have the audacity to say the won't refund me the money but instead will give me a gift voucher for another hair cut.... After i paid $80 no impressed my advice is to avoid going to just cuts Loganholme, poor customer service wouldn't even give it a 1 star ... 0 would even be to many

always have a great experience coming in, until today when the lady at the counter was rude from the minute we came in was obviously not having a good day but took it out on customers, being rude. Ended up doing my hair having told her twice what I would like I didn’t receive some of the things I asked to be done. Was very harsh, not careful with her nails, equipment etc. felt very uncomfortable to speak up or even have her doing my hair.
