Just Cruisin' Plus and specifically, Melissa Bullock, are just terrific! We all like cruises because they are brainless, right? You just get on the boat, and all is taken care of! Working with Melissa has always made the planning and reservations part of the trip just as easy. I just tell her when we want to travel and from what area we want to sail, and she does the rest. Melissa Bullock has worked with me on booking several trips. She has stuck with me through changes in destinations, timing of the trips, and booking options. She has always remained kind and helpful no matter what I come up with! Very pleasant to work with Melissa and I recommend her to all my friends.
Melissa was very helpful in getting our refund straightened out after a cruise cancelled due to Covid-19. I appreciate all the time she put in to make sure we got our full refund. When we wanted to book a cruise again she was able go get a great cabin despite our short timeline, spur of the movement vacation.
