I have rung twice to get information on a pharmacy course to be sent to my address. So far nothing has been sent to me! The time frame has been 6 to 8 weeks. I have never known a training organisation to operate like this! Very unprofessional and disappointing! Â

After long wait I have my certificate with a wrong name very sad đ Â
When I signed up to The Food Safety Supervisor Training, I presumed I was in good hands. The JCT proved me wrong. Hereâs why: 1. A verification call for my certificate was scheduled between a time slot to proceed. After several attempts of chasing JCT, a drowsy sounding examiner called me, 45mins after the scheduled time slot. 2.
