So far I only can give one star or even less.. I bought some spares items form their website and it's been two weeks overdue delivery... Not answering emails or calls... I'm worried because I feel like I've been victim of a scam.. ---------------- After a very long wait for a delivery, it turn up to be a disaster. One of the items that I bought became faulty four days after installation.... I tried to reach them via email or phone and nothing... Was sold a faulty caravan, after finally getting a hold of Paul he said he would pay for the repairs. 1 year later, he has not paid for any of the repairs, we have had to pay for this ourself. To add to it, we can no longer get a hold of him. i would not recommend this company or their caravans.

Thank you, Just Caravans for a positive experience when recently purchasing our new Holiday Maker caravan. Paul was extremely helpful and communicative, guiding us through the whole process and took us through the ins and outs of our van on pickup day. We love our Van and can recommend highly Just Caravans.
