Dangerous and unprofessional. Drug abuse on the job by equipment operators is accepted by foreman( Justin B) and ownership. The only reason this company is in business is political/ racial advantages...OSHA needs to actually DO their job for once and investigate these dudes.

Owner is not honest and trustworthy! I worked for them with my dump trucks and even had a great opportunity for them to save money. I had a dumpsite for waste ( dirt) that would be at no cost to them as long as my truck(s) would stay on that job for the duration. Months went by with no payments for the trucking time and when I finally contacted the owner for payment, he kicked me off the job.
