The people at JBR were professional and understanding. They helped with a public adjuster (I never heard of this) who worked with the insurance inspector, everything went well and I got a beautiful new roof!

If I could give them zero star I would they never finished and keep my money and never returned my calls or answer the phone biggest scammers on roofing
Alejandro took care from the beginning to the end of the process with the insurance company, walked us in every step, he is very knowledgeable and professional, I can said a man of his word. He went above and beyond to make sure every repair was covered. I know If I need anything I can count on him to fix it. I highly recommend his services and the company that he works for.
