I am very pleased with the services I received from JBR, especially from Dolores Esquivel, who went above & beyond to make sure that my questions were being answered, and my needs were being met.They dealt directly with my insurance and kept me informed throughout the process.
They fought my insurance to get me my new roof and new gutters. They did a great job!
Angelica was really professional and competent! She is an expert at coordinating repairs and handling insurance and is pleasant to work with, too. I am waiting to see if they can get the gutters covered, but the work seems quality so far!
