His primary concern is money. Unfortunately had to reschedule a couple times (with plenty of notice) due to my 1year old being sick, the last one was when he had been in hospital for 5 nights. Explained the situation even said I was happy to provide medical certs as proof to have Andrew state, that’s not the problem, everytime you cancel I don’t get paid. Lack of empathy caused me not to return and shows where his true values. Nice building tho.
I called whilst lost in my own feelings and thoughts and the receptionist was so helpful and lovely. Andrew contacted me directly the following day to discuss appointment availability and to my surprise I was booked in January 2025 which is earlier than what my doctor mentioned. I’m so grateful. Thank you.
