Slow Service, Lots of things wrong. NOT! I visited this location and though, I can not speak for the rest of the locations, I was not happy with the customer service or the things that they said were wrong with my car. I waited for about 10 minutes before I was helped and no one even acknowledged that fact. Then after looking at my car they stated I needed new brake pads because it was making a noice. Unethical! My wife and I tried this company and they over stated a bunch of things. They said we needed new brakes and new rotors and bunch of other stuff. We took our automotive to Sun Devil and they said that we had a small problem and they got it taken care of for us within 10 min.
Taken advantage of I have heard their radio ads. well when my brake light was on and they are close toi my work I decided to stop and have them look at my brakes and tell me whats wrong. I guess they figured me being female that I wouldn't know right from wrong. They were telling me that I needed new pads on the front and new rotars which I did but when it came to the back brakes they were telling me I needed 2 master cylenders, 2 drums, and shoes which was no true.
