I took my car into Brakes Plus around 10 a.m. and James quoted me about three hours for front and rear brake work. Instead, I didn’t get my car back until after 6 p.m. — more than double the time I was told. I’m a very patient and understanding person, and I know unexpected issues can come up. If someone had simply called to explain what was going on, I would have been fine with it. But instead, I was left completely in the dark for hours, which felt very unprofessional.
