The Humble location is a Joke....while having internal issues my account gets penalized for non payment and records don't add up to there system....Not to mention no statements have even been sent out for several months and now that I want my records they want me to pay past due amounts....I don't think so!!!! Incompetent location.....Don't go!!!
While all the staff seem to be very friendly, I did not encounter anyone that could competently perform their job. We were trying to transfer from a different orthodontist, over the course of a year we went 5 times for different things to gain Medicaid approval, which was supposed to be submitted on the first appt. then when I would call back, they said Medicaid requested something else, so we would go do that, X-rays,molds,general dentist clearance...at this time it had been 2 weeks since she had seen her other ortho.
