Broke my water main and they came out same day and were able to fix it. Very polite and respectful of the home.
David came out the day after I called and very quickly was able to identify the electrical issue and fix it. This included installing a new outlet from exposed wiring and fixing a junction box and installing a new cooktop. I will definitely be calling them for all of my future electrical issues.
Just better Home Services are great. They are always fast efficient and friendly. As always they were very courteous and efficient had to call them out on a Sunday for an emergency and they were here within 45 minutes. Had my issue resolved in a half hour will continue to use these guys.
I was overcharged by nearly 30% for installing a sump pump (total =$1622 for only the labor to install it. the old one had been removed and a new one had been purchased) in less than an hour. The next day, a customer service rep happened to call to see if I was satisfied with the work and when I provided negative input, she hung up on me.
