Overall, I’m happy with the quality of service that we got from Just Better. Our well pump failed on Sunday, and Tyler came out to fix it at the end of a long day. Even though you could tell he was tired he worked very hard and spent as much time time as was needed to explain to us what went wrong, how to fix it, how to take the next steps, etc. They returned the next day and our well pump was replaced. Just Better came to our rescue when our well pump stopped working! We live on a farm with horses and can’t really manage without water!! The service was fantastic and same day (even though it was a weekend)! Very grateful!
Could not ask for a better plumbing experience. Tyler let us know when he would be here, arrived right on time, identified our water leak in a wall, opened a minimal hole and repaired the leak. Just Better could not be better!
We had an emergency plumbing issue and within 30 minutes of calling they were at our home and resolved the issue. Wesley was great! We called 10 other places and Just Better were the only ones who could help us!
