I cannot praise JBD higher than perfection. Vaughyn was outstanding providing a unique concierge pick-up, pack and ship service for a painting i needed to have shipped to me in Washington. The service was outstanding, communication superb and fee was very reasonable. He even saved me over $300 on shipping! Whatever you need, I have a feeling this company will do it. Thank you so very much.

My daughter was on vacation on her 23rd birthday and I desperately wanted a cake delivered to her. Thank goodness for Just Better Delivery. What an amazing company. They were helpful, kind, made great suggestions and delivered the cake on time. They even sent me pictures of what they delivered. I was so happy! Their customer service was above and beyond. I wish they lived where I do because I would use them often!

I used Just Better Delivery to pick up two catered lunch orders and deliver to a rental house (where my company's sales meeting was being hosted) at the Tahoe Donner Ski Area. Vaughyn communicated really well and asked each morning if I needed anything additional for the pickup. Delivery was on time and included all items. Great customer service and highly recommend!

I was incredibly touched by the love and care Vaughyn showed to me and my dear friend who lost her beloved cat. They had so much kindness and empathy and arranged such a beautiful bouquet to honor her. They sent updates every step of the way, and went above expectations throwing in a vase and finding a neighbor when my friend was not home at the time of delivery. It's funny to say but was almost like family. I hope I have an oppportunity to use them again in the future. You're in good hands!
