Got my hair cut & colored and love it SO much!! I talked about what I liked and didn’t like and what I was picturing for my hair color and Effie helped me pick what was right for my skin tone, etc. (: Also recently did a cut and my hair felt so much healthier and fresh afterwards. My hair is naturally almost black + used to be pretty damaged from bleaching blonde in the past. If I could give Effie more than 5 stars, I would! My beauty journey with Effie started at the tail end of the COVID pandemic, after months of coloring my own hair (badly) in an "interesting" shade of red/auburn. She was so lovely and welcoming, truly listened to me, and immediately suggested shifting to a "chocolate with caramel highlights" look, which sounded not only delicious but beautiful. I booked my daughter’s 8th birthday party at Effie’s beautiful studio. We were able to have the studio to ourselves and play Taylor Swift music! She painted the girls nails, gave them each colored hair clip-on, lipstick, blush and glitter tattoos. She also did a photo shoot and took individual pictures of the girls using Taylor Swift props and group photos. The girls all had a blast! Effie is quite literally the best!!! So much fun with her, and she made me feel/look incredible. Best hair experience ever.
Effie is amazing with hair and makeup! I haven’t yet had a chance to try her photography services but I’m looking forward to the opportunity!
