I couldn’t recommend Just Bathrooms more. Mario’s expertise shined through in all his work, from demolition to tile installation. He was courteous while working in our house, a friend to our pets and very communicative as the work progressed. For the us, we really enjoyed the power to buy all the items and just have him install it. He gave recommendations, and we went from there. This made it and easy, collaborative process. We love our bathrooms!
Mario did such a great job! We love our new bathroom. He was great to work with, very kind, clean and precise. He even patched our ceiling where we had some water damage. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there have been a few minor issues we’ve asked him to come back and fix within the 1 year warranty and he hasn’t been able to come fix those. He has just gotten too busy to be able to honor his 1 year warranty.
Mario provided a reasonable estimate for our 3 bathrooms we wanted remodeled. He provided guidance as we wanted to design our own spaces. We appreciated his daily work reviews and plans for each days progress. Mario was dependable, arriving each day when he said he would. Easy to work with and explained cost effective ideas we hadn't thought of. Thank you Mario for doing a great job.
I generally try not to post negative reviews, as you can see. However, we had our bathroom remodeled by Just Bathrooms about 3 years ago. From day one, the shower had issues such as leaking through our kitchen ceiling because a seal was left out of the drain. Mario came back and fixed it but had to tear out some of the tile, and the grout was never the same color as the existing grout. Couldn't be happier with the work Mario has done, so much so that I've used him on three separate occasions. Quick and reasonable quote, did the job on time and guarantees his work.
