We had our basement finished by Just Basements and are very happy with the final result. The workmanship is excellent and the attention to detail really stands out—they are true perfectionists. The entire team (Scott, Nik, Carley, Lara, Zach, Joey, Matt, etc.) was great and extremely professional, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. This company may be a bit pricier than some other options, but the quality of the work shows that you truly get what you pay for.

We trust Artium/Just Basements for all our renovation projects. Our first project with them was finishing our basement 20 years ago and we were so impressed we became repeat customers who have engaged them for 4 reno projects, both large and small, over the years. We have always been more than happy with the results. Kaylie and her team recently went over and above in helping us resolve a service issue with our original basement reno, for which we are extremely grateful.
We had our basement done with Just Basements. We are pleased with the end result. The team finished on time and close enough to the predicted budget. The team was careful and clean - even with cutting concrete and redoing the concrete slab. We liked the software they used to keep track of things. They were responsive to our questions and concerns.
I would strongly caution anyone considering ARTium. My experience was full of misrepresentation, permit violations, and poor quality workmanship. Despite their reputation as an “award-winning” company, the reality was quite the opposite. They assured me permits were secured. They weren’t. I had to pay the Municipality of Mississippi Mills out of pocket to fix their mess, and I’m still chasing reimbursement.
