Absolutely the worst service ever received from an auto shop. He performed unauthorized work after quoting/agreeing to initial price. Did not inform of price increase or ask permission for services until he calls to say vehicle is ready for pickup. Then demands increased payment and threatens to hold car. Will be reporting business
I recently visited Just Auto Car Care for work to be done on my car. The team was incredibly friendly especially Richie and explained the entire process clearly. They completed the work within a timely manner, and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. I’m really impressed with the quality of service and will definitely return for future maintenance! Highly recommend!
$850 for a spark plug and coil change for a 2005 Toyota is absolutely highway robbery!!!! The owner took complete advantage of the fact my husband is an immigrant with limited English & he proceeded to charge not only a ridiculous price for the diagnostic even after being directly told what the problem was. He then refused to waive the diagnostic fee after completing a job that took maybe 10 minutes to complete - $240 for his labor alone for this!!
