LET ME BEGIN BY STATING THAT IF IT WOULD'VE BEEN POSSIBLE TO GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS I WOULD'VE DONE SO. SINCE THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE I WILL RELATE MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I TOOK A UNIT IN TO BE DIAGNOSED FOR REPAIR AND TO RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE AS TO HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO REPAIR THIS UNIT. THE FEE FOR THE ESTIMATE WHICH WAS PAID UPFRONT WAS $60.00. UPDATE on Review Regarding Selling Garrard GT50: I spoke with the owner of the shop. this morning. He understood the nature of my complaint and worked with me to find a satisfactory resolution.
Would-be seller beware!!! I took a turntable to Just Audio on Monday, 8/3 to sell to them. I followed the instructions on their website and didn’t call about components I wanted to sell. The individual who buys used audio equipment from customers was eating lunch, and didn’t even look at the turntable. The salesperson on the floor checked with the used component “expert” and told me they didn't deal with Garrard. I was told they would take it as a donation and would use it for parts. Great audio repair shop! Very happy with results! Great customer service and used equipment selection!
I took my amplifier to Just Audio for evaluation. I was told they would provide an estimate after the evaluation. I was concern about spending too much money on an old amplifier. The salesman indicated the repair would not exceed $150. The repair estimate came back at $250, when I bulked at the price they immediately offer a discount. In my opinion the offer of a discount is not a good indication of how they operate. Great! This company is top notch. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. John diagnosed and fixed the problem with my Denon S102. I would highly recommend taking your equipment here.
Amazing! Great technical expertise, fantastic service! I had a particularly challenging Yamaha home theater warranty claim that Just Audio handled. They were clear on expectations, great with keeping me in the loop on progress, and kept my interests in mind until the equipment was returned to factory "like new" condition...they stuck with the job until it was done! It is well worth the effort to send your equipment there to be serviced.
