My mum has just moved to a care home but prior to that her care needs were met by Just Ask. I cannot praise the team highly enough. As my mums health deteriorated the number of visits was increased. The carers were kind and very professional. My mum came to regard them as friends and they enabled her to remain in her own home for much longer than would have been possible without their help. The software they use enabled me to remotely monitor my mum without constantly phoning and this proved invaluable.

Just Ask provided a carer for my mother. She was treated with respect, dignity and empathy. I was never let down or disappointed in their service. My mother's carer was first class in all respects and went above and beyond what was asked for. I found Just Ask most trustworthy and professional.

My dad is 88 years old 100% mental competency, but with minor physical/ mobility issues/ JUSTASK provide him with the perfect assistance, They do provide a full range of care and assistance. but also, If you cannot manage alone, but do not require full personal assistance with all daily living requirements, these ae your people, think about the old style "home help" as opposed to "carer" Dad's visit includes a clean throughout of "the important stuff," (bathroom, kitchen, bed change, laundry) assist with shave, in and out of... read more
