Got ripped off from repairman Darius. Came & never opened the refrigerator panel to see what the problem is. He assumed the temperature control was at fault since getting H1 errors. Said he would ordered part and return next week. Charged me $99.05 for the part and wanted a check made payable to cash. He never returned. I called another company and he came today and opened panel and showed me I did not have gas in the tubes that should show a frosting on them. This is a scam, asked my mother, a widow to pay up front for a part $700. By check..waited for the check to clear and told her that the repair man no longer worked for the company and her fridge would not be repaired. Was rude to her and hung up on her. Told her that her refund would take up to three weeks. I have contact the city of Poughkeepsie police department as well as filed a report at our local police station. FIRST: Notice they only have 4 reviews (5 now)? Now check out their 'not recommended reviews", of which their are over 50. They must have an active social media and yelp person who disputes each review with yelp to get them removed from their page. Kudos for being smart enough to cover your tracks! Friendly, knowledgeable techs who explained the issue and what they were going to do to correct it. On repair day, the tech went the extra mile to troubleshoot the water pressure issue with my refrigerator, which was not the original issue.
