I asked the stylist to trim about 2 inches off and give me long layers with face-framing pieces. Instead, I left with hair that’s almost a bob, with a thin “rat tail” section hanging down. For context, I have naturally curly hair that was down to my belly button before the haircut, so this was a drastic and unwanted change. The best staff members get replaced with the staff that hide or look bothered working there, mad or dont know about customer service and keeping area clean. Mrs Maggie and Mrs Flor are the only good ones here in the weslaco store.
HORRIBLE job! No blending technique, no clean up, and no line up?? Won't be coming here again! Lady did nothing like I asked for
Went in just to cut my daughter's bangs, I told the lady to just trim up to the eyebrows and they trimed way above the eyebrows. She didn't even apologize, she just told me "it'll grow back in a week." NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!
