If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! These guys are god awful! We were sent here to get my son’s blood drawn to check his bilirubin levels cause his primary provider is not open on Saturday's. The first time my wife went in, they supposedly didn’t get enough blood drawn. They called her back in a few hours later to get his blood drawn again. They told us they would call with the results fairly quick (within the same day) after the second blood draw, cause they were doing it in house. We are beyond grateful for the care we received from Dr. Egbert. She truly went above and beyond in treating our child. From the moment she walked in, she was warm, personable, and immediately put both us and our child at ease. Took our daughter here for the first time. The office is clean, and they were quick to get us back to the room. The care providers were so gentle and kind and made our toddler feel more at ease. They played a show for her during our wait, which helped keep her occupied. I also loved that they had the option to fill our prescription in office so we didn't have to travel on a Sunday to find an open pharmacy. I would highly recommend this facility!
