I don’t recommend this clinic. We were sent to it because my daughter’s doctor said she needed an IV and they could not start an IV. All they would do is argue with me about if she even needed an IV. They were not listening to me or my daughter’s doctor. She’s still throwing up the oral meds just like she did in her regular doctors office. When something has failed before why would you still do that same treatment. Makes no sense. We should have just went to the hospital like her regular doctor originally wanted. I was worried my daughter had strep, they listened to my concerns, got her tested and got her prescription sent to the pharmacy right away. Very friendly staff.
I used to use this urgent care often for my baby/toddler. Would not recommend, super disappointed. Walking in you filled out info on a tablet that everyone walking through is touching. Then they send you a link on your phone to fill out a few pages of information that they already have. Meanwhile they have two receptionist chit chatting away. We used to love this urgent care and would recommend it to everyone we knew. Unfortunately after the rude and unprofessional experience my family had here with one of the providers, we will most likely not be returning. The rest of the staff is wonderful and friendly!
