The ABSOLUTE Best!! I took my daughter in for an injury that required a trip to the ER. The staff was incredibly caring and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Before we even left, they called ahead to the ER to let them know we were coming. They also made sure my little one had a blanket and a stuffed bear, which helped ease her anxiety. wow! easy to schedule, excellent facility, and the nicest staff who made sure my little Finn was okay and feeling good. The front desk gals were quick and made sure to get a big smile from my baby! MA and the doc were quick and talkative, making it feel like it wasn’t my first visit but like I was regular and that made me feel confident in coming back to see them again.
We were visiting from out of state when my daughter developed an issue that required a visit to urgent care. While it’s not what we wanted to do on our trip, this was hands down the best urgent care experience I have ever had, for her or for myself. The receptionist was very kind and caring. We’ve been there for two urgent care matters, and one follow up. Less than 5 min wait to go back to a room each time, little to no wait when we got to the room too. Megan was with us all three times and absolutely wonderful. They’re engaging with the kids, listening to all the stories the kids want to tell them or pictures they want to show off.
