Although I thought they did a good job with the grooming they are not complying with the city mask mandate. I asked about it and the woman just blew me off. She was waiting on customers and I observed how uncomfortable one lady was.

I didn't blow you off. You told me that it is a city mandate. I said I know. I did continue with the other customer. She could of been uncomfortable because you confronted me. Or she was uncomfortable because I wasn't wearing a mask. We did have a conversation for a few minutes. She never said. Have a nice day.

Dez is the BEST! She handles both my furbies .... and that's saying something... like the pro she is!! We love that she even helps my granddaughter by walking the crazy one out so my grandbaby doesn't get drug through the store. She goes above and beyond every single time! And I am mighty grateful for that!
Took my Allie girl to be desheded . They did a great job. Now I won't have to sweep my floor a 100 times a day :) Definately will be back.
Wife in tears! Worse haircut in history! Obviously, groomer has NO IDEA how to trim different breeds!
My cat is already loving the Turbo ball and other toys I got there! Good toys at a great price and friendly staff.
For anyone struggling with groomers unwilling to take bully breeds this is your place. I don't have enough great things to say about them! I have my forever stop for pet supplies and grooming without going to the big corporate stores!
