Claudia is great! Friendly, professional, and does a great job to boot.
I am very pleased with the treatment and service. Claudia is my only barber now.
She kept jabbing me with the clipper, saying she had "heavy hands." I refused the shave in spite of ordering it. Will not return.
Booked online. Got here in time and checked in. Still waiting 50 minutes later. If I didn't need this cut today, I would've walked. Ridiculous. I was able to get a haircut at the one hour mark thanks to a gracious Customer who allowed me to take his spot. From that moment on my experience was wonderful. I felt that Miss Claudia listen to me when I told her what I wanted, and she delivered an excellent haircut.
